Our refund policy
customers are not 'entitled' to a refund once they are using the service, but there may be circumstances where a refund is deemed necessary - e.g. technical problems where the customer is not getting the service they believed they signed up for.
How long does it take to have my profile posted?
Your profile is posted immediately and is checked within 24 hours.
How do I change my personal information?
Changing personal information is extremely easy. If you would like to update the information about yourself that you submitted during registration just go to the Update your profile.
What is private content?
You are fully in control of your personal information, and can choose which member is allowed to see your photo, view your video, and check your confessions. You can make some of the content in your profile 'private,' by choosing 'Private' item in dropdown box when uploading photo, video or audio files or in your 'Personals Settings' section (for test results). This means that these parts of your profile will be seen only by those members who are marked as "allowed to view private content" in your HotList.
What is "my confessions"?
This section is the users confessions space. Users will be able to take part in the Fat is beautiful community by sharing all the minute details they wish to share about themselves.
Why?
Because the other members of Fat is beautiful are very curious to know what lies behind a member's pseudonym or photograph. This is why the "my confessions" section has been especially conceived to allow members to notice the unique personality of everyone and favour intimacy.
One of the advantages of this section is that they allow members to reveal some of their little secrets with the advantage of being shielded from indiscreet glances. As well, they can inform their colleagues about their dreams and objectives in life. They can also indicate the kind of individuals they find nasty in order to help others define them better.
If they also want to talk about their relationship with their family, friends and community, a section is dedicated to the important social interactions that concern them.
What is the "Hot List" feature?
When looking at the search results and listings, as well as other members profiles, you can see the button "Add to HotList". Clicking on this will do exactly what it says. Your HotList is a list of members that you are interested in. It keeps a link to their page and remembers the last time you sent them an e-mail.
What is the "Black List" feature?
While viewing members profiles or reading or replying messages in your Mailbox you will have an option to add members to "Black List". After you have added someone to your "Block List" you will not receive any notifications, cards or e-mails from this particular member unless you remove him or her from the "Black List". This feature helps you limit your contacts with people you don't really like.
How long does it take to get my membership activated?
Normally your membership is activated instantly. If your membership has not been activated within 24 hours, please contact our customer support department with your username and payment reference. Some payments require customer confirmation because of our anti-fraud policy.
What do I do if I forget my password or username?

How can I delete my profile? Can I do it myself?
In order to delete your profile you will have to contact our customer service using the contact us form on the site. It will take up to 48 hours before your profile gets completely removed from our system. (our web site has a no-refund policy)
How can I upload my favorite youtube videos on my profile page?
It is very simple, just go on youtube and next to your favorite video there is an embedded code that you will have to copy and paste on your profile page
